MemInfo 4.0 released

Hi,

We are proud to announce MemInfo 4.0 with support for 64 bit Windows architecture.
Please note that this new version will only be available for 64 bit systems. The 3.51 version will always be available for 32 bit and legacy systems.

MemInfo 4.0 now also supports high DPI systems.

Full changes for the 4.0 version:
- Support for Native 64 bit platforms (Note: Version 4 and onwards will be exclusive for 64 bit platforms)
- High DPI support
- Improved Memory Defragmenter
- Dark/Light Theme menu support
- Some display options have been removed
- Support for Windows 11
- Minor visual adjustments
- Other minor corrections and code tweaks
