Hello,
On all the regions, message error : "Could not connect to the server".
I tried the version given to François Boucher but it's the same story.
I'm under Win 7x64.

Hi,

I think it's something on your end, it's working fine here, either the default region, or any region.

Can you confirm the problem on another computer/connection?

Hi,
I can only confirm on another computer with Win 8.1x64.
The message appears immediately after the installation.
My firewall authorizes immediately a first network activity : dual-a-0001.asedg.net
I don't use an antivirus (PC is just checked with Malwarebytes and KVRT)!

Hi,

Maybe it's your internet that's blocking the server. Is that other computer on the same network?

I have BingSnap running on 3 systems, one in a different network/internet and they are all retrieving the default and specific regions images without any problems.

Hi Andre Santos,

You must be right because, in the meantime:

1) I tried other similar software and obtained the same result for Bing only (Flickr works perfectly for example)
2) I replaced the Hosts-file with the original one of Windows and I got no change.

Yes the two PCs are on the same network. I only see my provider as responsible for the non-functioning.
