Hi Carlos,

Sorry about this. BingSnap connects directly to the internet, but there are several variables at play.

Please check this:

1) Are you behind a proxy? If so, BingSnap BingSnap connects directly to the internet.

2) Using this Link verify if BingSnap is blocked by the firewall (scroll down to "How to Check if Windows Firewall Is Blocking a Program?")

3) In a command window, type "ping bing.com" do you have an answer like "Reply from 204.79.197.200: bytes=32 time=38ms TTL=119" or "Request timed out"?

Thanks

Carlos,

Are you using Windows 7? An issue have been found on Windows 7 where BingSnap files to retrieve the image, an new version fixing this issue will be released soon.

Hi Andre.

I have realized that my antivirus (Kaspersky Total) is the one that is blocking the connection to the server.

It is something strange, and I have not been able to find the configuration to avoid the blocking.

By the way, I use Windows 10.

As soon as I have more information or the solution I will let you know.

Thanks

Oh I see, hope you can fix that issue with Kaspersky.

Ok, not related to the issue the current version has on Windows 7 then.
