Hi,
Thanks for the amazing work as usual!
I've updated to the latest version recently.
And got a minor issue with it.
The same thing happened before with the self-duplicating UID within System Tray.

I believe that's listed as one of the new features for v4.11
Additional > Show current memory info in Icon Tooltip
It's an interesting feature, normally I'd just check the numeric info right off.
And if you turn that on,
whenever you log off of your OS account or shut down your PC
Once you log back in, it'll duplicate itself in System Tray, creating the same issue back in 4.0 SR2
Not sure what caused the issue this time,
my guess is that perhaps it's got something to do with writing/overwriting tooltip?

Another request is...
Is it possible to add an option to remove/hide the memory bar completely?
Last time I made a similar suggestion, by changing/matching font color with bar color
To achieve the better visual effect with text/numeric based style.
That time, I thought by having that feature, would make the memory bar go away or less visible(currently I set it to black)
Then I realize that, by having matching color scheme, the bar would become a weird pixel/dot on top of the text
Which would make it harder to read, especially when in higher usage of RAM(Meaning the bar would be longer)
This is my ideal setup here:

Thanks,
Have a nice day!

Yes, on Windows 11 I've found an issue with dynamic tooltips in the tray icon that only happen under certain conditions. Sometimes the icon would reset it's position when the tooltip changed. That is why v4.1 disables the dynamic tooltip and v4.11 re-introduced it as an option since it does not happen on all systems. If you toggle the option to "Show current memory info in Icon Tooltip" and the icon position is resetting on a system restart, I suggest keeping the option off.

my guess is that perhaps it's got something to do with writing/overwriting tooltip?

It seems that on Windows 11 the tooltip text is used as an ID of the tray icon as well, I'm still investigating this issue.

As an option yes, however the "internal font" is optimized for the bar size (it's not a font, it's an internal set of images) so I'll see how it looks without the bar.

Are you using a custom font?

Thanks for your post.

Thanks for the clarification!
Well, I hope you'll find a solution to it.
I turned it off the second I found the issue.
Just wanna point it out and let you & people who encounter similar issue know,
so that they wouldn't spend extra time looking for solutions or trouble-shooting on their own gear.

Yeah, I'm using a custom mono font here
I know how "internal font" goes with the memory bar design.
It's like 8-bit/pixel style font, close to the "Terminal" font
Which in some occasions, might decrease readability imo
However, that's just my personal preference.

Thanks,
Have a nice day!
