Hello,

I believe its a bit hard to click/double click items to open them, you have to position the mouse on part of the text itself, rather than text line, to be able to click it to open it, which sometimes is really challenging, especially when font is smaller and resolution is high.

I suggest make the whole line clickable (including white spaces), or adding a big icon before or after, to open the items
