Can you make it vertically moveable as well? Would be great.

what do you mean vertically move it?
It should move around to the desktop, up down and to the sides

Oh,
when I use the CTRL-Key I can move Desk Task vertically as well. Seems to have something to do with my keyboard tools (IBM)

I see, this should be a bug! nothing to do with your keyboard tools.
The window (transparent window docked to the desktop) is bigger than the last task item.
I will look into that soon.

Meanwhile to place the window where you want use the CTRL key.
