This occurs on every startup of DeskTask.
Caused by non-default date display format (using YYYY/MM/DD), can be worked around by changing Regional Options.

Hi,
What is your language version of outlook and what are the regional settings that give the error?
Thanks

Sorry I didn't get back to you faster.
I'm using Outlook 2000 SP3, with English (Canadian) as the default language.
The error occurs when the short date format is yyyy/MM/dd. To work around, I can change it to M/dd/yyyy. Then DeskTask loads without error.

Hi,
Thanks for reviving this thread.
I can only test DeskTask in the default English (USA) language edition of Outlook.
I know there are problems similar to this in the Portuguese edition of Outlook
However, I don't have access to either of this languages editions of office. So it's impossible to fix this.
Thanks,
André Santos
