I keep getting this message (Interface not supported) at startup, and DeskTask doesn't work. I've tried repairing Outlook, uninstall/reinstall, and then a manual "full" uninstall/reinstall (new profiles, cleaning the registry, etc.)

Still no luck, "Interface not supported".

Does this error have anything to with a certain Service that needs to be on/off?

Hi,

Please check to see if you have any Com Add Ins:
tools - options - other - advanced options - Com Add Ins

Other than that I'm afraid only a Windows clean install can solve the problem (not at all a pleasant solution I know)
