Snap to Desktop Edges: Off

If I have an appointment in my calendar that has a long Subject: field, and I shorten the Subject: and do a refresh on DeskTask, the display is adjusted according to where the first character of the Subject: used to be (on the left), even though it should be aligned to the right. So the whole display moves over to the left.
