Hi all,

It seems that i've got a problem but i don't know how to resolve it.

I saw (in option) that i can define colors for past and future tasks (default is red and green).

But it doesn't work :( All is ok in the option panel but my tasks are white.

I'm on WindowsXP SP2 and i'm using Outlook 2003.

Do you know what is wrong?

Task color depends on the date, so if you don't have a due date set for the task, they will no be colored. Also, if you don't have the option to color all task text, only the date will be colored and if not shown, again the task will not be colored.

I tried something. Color all task text option in on. I created a task with a due date (04-10-2007 - today) and only the date is green.

Then, i created a new task with another due date (06-10-2007) and nothing appear in the desktask.

Really strange :(

Well, it should color all task, if possible send a screenshot to
support@ carthagosoft.net (without spaces)

Preferable with both DeskTask desktop window and the options tab for tasks.



Do you have "Show Today's (and older) tasks only" checked?
if so uncheck and your "future" due date task should appear

to color tasks (past and future, you have to set the task's options to something like this:

Thanks for the screenshot.

After some tests, I found the problem. It seems there is a bug related to color all tasks when 'Open Outlook Items' is checked. If you uncheck that option (which is in the General tab) your tasks should be colored.

This will be fixed in upcoming versions,
