1. I use Outlook connected to Exchange. DeskTask frequently re-prompts me for credentials.
2. I like to use the "Show Desktop" taskbar button in Windows 7 at the bottom right-hand corner of my screen. When I hover over this button, DeskTask vanishes. I must manually view the Desktop to see DeskTask.

Sorry, but both issues are know issues and there is no workaround

Regarding issue #2 Windows hides all Windows except desktop gadgets when hovering over the "Show Desktop" button, DeskTask is a regular Windows application that simulates being pinned to the Desktop.
