I've configured desk task just the way I want it and want to make sure those settings are backed up? Where are they located. I'm using windows 7, so that probably means they're in AppData or ProgramData or Program files.

DestTask stores it's configuration in the registry.
you can access it in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Carthago\DeskTask

please be careful when editing the registry, to back up, locate the above path in the tree and click export in the menu. You can later import the file you are exporting into the registry
