Hi,
I would suggest performing a full uninstall of Twistpad, and reinstall again using the latest version available on the Site.
After uninstall make sure none of the this folders (and subfolders) exist:
C:\Program Files\Twistpad\
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Carthago\Twistpad\
C:\Documents and Settings\janec\Application Data\Carthago\Twistpad\
You can make backup of custom syntax/macros/snippets and templates you may have (later you can manually restore them)
After installing, make sure to download the switchcase.dll from the site and extract it to the "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Carthago\Twistpad\Plugins" folder.
An installer for plugins is being considered.
Let me know if it solved both the plugin and the shortcuts problem
