Hi,
All those commands are available in Twistpad, except ("Line Endings/Discard blank lines at end of file"), They are just placed in another menus or options.
"File/Convert.../Line Endings/DOS -> UNIX"
File/Line Break Format/Unix
"File/Convert.../Line Endings/UNIX -> DOS"
File/Line Break Format/DOS
"File/Convert.../Line Endings/Discard trailing spaces"
This is a persistent option
"File/Convert.../Line Endings/Discard blank lines at end of file"
Not implemented in Twistpad
"File/Convert.../Tabs/Tabs to Spaces"
Edit/Format/Tabs to Spaces
"File/Convert.../Tabs/Spaces to Tabs"
Edit/Format/Spaces to Tabs
I think it's just a "get used to" issue, as the same with default shortcuts, I cannot change this small, out of the box things for each people.

The use of the word "Trim" in the menu and "Discard" in the preferences should be syncronised if possible.
Actually they are different commands; the discard option is a persistent option on which trailing spaces are deleted as the user edits the file.
For people who don't like this, or just want to apply to a trim randomly to a file or selection, the Trim trailing spaces is what they need.
