I suggest these, in-line with the "Eclipse" IDE.

f -> "F_ind what:"
e -> "Re_place with:"
l -> In "Sel_ected text only"
n -> "Fin_d next"
p-> "Wrap_ search"
c -> "Match C_ase"
w-> "Match Word"

etc.

Actually, I'd go as far as making all the buttons have the same keyboard accellerators and labels as the Find/Replace dialog in Eclipse.
