Sorry about this, I think it never happened before.
I would suggest deleting or editing the settings file:
First shutdown Twistpad and locate the file:
In Windows vista\7:
"C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Carthago\Twistpad\Twistpad.settings"
or in 2000\XP :
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Carthago\Twistpad\Twistpad.settings
(Replace <user> with the username you usually log on to Windows)
Either delete the file (you will loose all your settings) or open the file with notepad and locate the section:
[ToolbarsMenuToolbar]
just delete until the next section, save, start Twistpad, the menu should be back.
